Melanie D. Stover, OTR/L, MBA, MS/ISM
Melanie Stover is the President/COO of Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training, Inc. and brings an extensive clinical sales background to the organization. She has worked in various territories as a successful sales manager as well as a top producer. Melanie has led numerous workshops and field training programs for clients, focusing on training clinicians to be better salespeople and training professional salespeople to produce more in less time through account management, successful selling skills, sales leadership, personal branding, time management, and improved customer service. She has also been involved with operational improvements to meet and exceed referral sources expectations. She is an Occupational Therapist with an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Science of Information Systems Management. Melanie has also been a speaker at the Power Referrals Conference, Med Trade, CAHSAH annual meeting, NPDA, and Corporate National Meetings on the topics of Sales and Marketing.

Michael Giudicissi, CSC, CHCSP, CPDSP
Michael Giudicissi is CEO of Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training, Inc., the industry’s premier sales training and consulting firm. He has worked in sales, sales management, and training for nearly twenty years and is the author of six books:

Michael has trained and coached thousands of home care sales reps all over the United States since founding Power Shot Training in 2006. He envisioned a fixed sales training school, where home care sales reps, managers, and agency owners could learn his professional selling skills. This goal led to establishing Home Care Sales University, which held its first class in October 2009. Today, HCSU holds classes in advanced sales and training for reps who travel to Albuquerque, New Mexico, from all corners of the country. Early in 2010, Michael and Melanie Stover (founder and president of Home Care Sales) merged the two companies to form Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training, Inc., the industry’s premier sales training and consulting firm.
Before founding Power Shot Training, Michael served as VP of Business Development for a $40 million multisite home care company for five years.
A dedicated triathlete, Michael has finished five Ironman Triathlons and competed in many other running events around the country.
