Individual Coaching – Our 6 week One on One Sales Coaching program is the industry standard when it comes to sales performance. Our sales coaches work weekly via webinar and phone to assist sales reps through our Top 20 Selling Strategy as well as specific account challenges and opportunities. Interaction between the weekly scheduled calls is unlimited via phone or email. Owners or managers are invited to attend the coaching sessions at their discretion. The program includes:

1. Extended DISC Behavioral Assessment
2. Top 20 Selling e-Book
3. 3 Months of Target 20 CRM guided selling software solution
4. 6 weeks of One on One sales coaching
5. Unlimited phone/email interaction during the program

Group Coaching – Let our coaches help manage your team for 6 weeks to drive sales, integrate sales strategy and learn the techniques of Top 20 Selling. Meeting via webinar as a group, the weekly meetings focus on successes, challenges and opportunities for the individuals and the entire group. Interaction between the weekly webinars via phone or email is unlimited. Owners or managers are invited to attend and participate at their discretion. The program includes:

1. Extended DISC Behavioral Assessment (for each group member)
2. Top 20 Selling e-Book (for each group member)
3. 3 Months of Target 20 CRM guided selling software solution (optional)
4. 6 Weekly coaching webinars
5. Unlimited phone/email interaction during the program
6. Consultation with the owner/manager on DISC Behavioral Assessments and overall team performance

Cost – Varies, dependent upon group size.

Maintenance Coaching – For those individuals that have been through our training or coaching, we now offer Maintenance Coaching Calls to fine tune the selling process, maintain motivation or answer any sales related questions. There are no contracts…..calls are billed as they are completed. Many reps utilize a weekly call schedule but you can choose any frequency from daily to monthly. Calls are billed in 15 minute increments and rounded up to the next 15 minute block.

Cost – $200/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
