Our Peak Performance Sales Management Program takes the day-to-day sales management of your sales reps off your plate and onto ours. One of our professional sales managers will assume the role for you and help guide and direct your sales reps to their highest level of performance. We meet with your reps (through video or teleconference) for a weekly sales meeting to strategize and plan for the week. Your reps have unlimited access to their manager by phone or email during the week. WE take on the responsibility for their quota, and WE deliver—or you are entitled to a partial refund of the management fee (some conditions apply).

The program is designed around a three-month contract that will renew only upon your approval. You are free to stop after the first contract period or continue for as long as you like. Our sales coaches are the experts at getting your reps to focus on the most productive activities to get the MOST referrals and the BEST results.

Sales reps are required to sign an Expectation Document, agreeing to minimum activity levels, attending all weekly meetings, and behaving in a professional manner. If your sales reps are diverting your attention from running the rest of your business, Peak Performance might by the answer.
