Formed in 2006, Michael Giudicissi’s Power Shot Training quickly became one of the premier home care sales training firms in the country. Due to unprecendented growth in 2009, Michael and Melanie Stover, founder of Home Care Sales planned a merger of both firms. The merger was completed in January of 2010 forming Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training, Inc.

HCS focuses on training inside and outside home care sales reps, consulting with sales managers and agency owners and developing unique training programs to give agencies the competitive edge. Headquartered in Albuquerque, NM and Phoenix, AZ, HCS serves clients in all 50 states and internationally.

Melanie and Michael are the most requested speakers in the industry and frequently take the stage at state and national association meetings. They have authored 7 books between them and have multiple writing projects in the works.

The entire HCS team has decades of home care sales, operations and clinical experience and brings fresh new ideas to their clients.
